To specifically target physical fitness and enhance reflexes and mental agility, the school has tied up with a professional team of sports trainers. Bangalore-based EduSports provides a team of experts to teach and train students into all forms of sports, both indoor and outdoor, according to every age group. They have a very well planned curriculum. For instance they start with crazy frog and hop and run games for primary kids to professional football and cricket, rugby, Frisbee, volleyball and basketball training for senior students. Class 6 onwards, experts expose students to multiple sports and teach them professionally. For instance they teach them rules and regulations of a game, scoring of points, international rules and regulations for every sport, and techniques to play the game. Smart Report Cards are a unique feature of EduSports, in which every child gets a report on their physical and mental fitness and their level of proficiency in a game.
The curriculum is based on NASPE standards. The Assessment modules are bases on FitnessGram methodology. These tools are adapted to suit Indian conditions.
EduSports focuses immensely on creating a learning environment and conducts competitive matches. Kiddis Meet and EduSports League are two big events under this organization. In Kiddis Meet the parents accompany their children to play different sports with them. These are simple, fun and engaging. Parents come to learn about the different techniques of how their kids are trained in various sports. EduSports League are competitive matches in various sports that the organization conducts among schools.

Altitudes Adventures also conducts team building and experiential learning workshops. They take the students away from the familiar environment and places them into an environment of experimentation. Therefore this allows participants to be challenged, to think about and experiment with new concepts, and to take some calculated risks. Some of the events recently conducted in our school were Burma Bridge, net climbing, Flying Fox, Rope Ladder and Monkey climbing.
