Pedagogy

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve” ― Napoleon Hill

Our aim is to inculcate our students’ interest in everything they read and learn and apply them in their life. Our highly experienced teachers employ various tactics to generate curiosity among students with respect to every subject and push them to think out of the box. We have tied up with Pune-based Shikshangan Education Initiatives for regular teacher training workshops.

It has been 5 years since this association began. Experts come from Pune on a regular basis to train teachers in the best teaching and assessment practices. Classroom management, pedagogy strategies, formative assessments, time and stress management are four key lessons imparted to professionals by Shikshangan. There has been a marked improvement in the grades of students over the last couple of years. Even our teachers are constantly engaged in innovating newer and fun ways of teaching their subjects. For instance, to inculcate interest in mathematics, teachers give students activities related to business or money management or sales and purchase that are encountered in real life. Rapid Fire, QnA, role playing are a few of the many ways of pedagogy employed in our school.

We keep a 40: 1 student teacher ratio. Teachers are chosen based not only on their levels of qualification but also their level of motivation to teach. We extend a lot of academic and administrative support to teachers, and all technology and resource they need to enhance their skills.
